Designed specifically for pure home theater, HT/1003 MKII delivers fast, impactful bass that brings movies and games to life without overwhelming the room. It’s a subwoofer that feels agile and controlled, adding excitement, scale, and realism while staying perfectly balanced with the rest of your system.

Engineered for speed and precision, HT/1003 MKII produces bass that’s tight, confident, and effortlessly immersive. It enhances every scene with clarity and punch, allowing soundtracks and effects to hit harder while keeping dialogue and detail intact.

Finished in REL’s purposeful cabinet design and available in both Black and White, HT/1003 MKII pairs compact dimensions with a rigid, vibration-damping enclosure. A lightweight 10” CarbonGlas™ driver and high-current Class D amplification deliver clean, authoritative low frequencies, supported by specially developed home theatre input filters that keep bass flat and controlled deep into the 20Hz range.

Designer Clothing

The sexy new cabinetry is bespoke, with new textures, proportions, and finishing touches previously unseen in the category. Lower, sleeker cabinetry borrows proportions drawn from our new Reference models. Through experimentation over the years, we have found that this results in a faster, deeper presentation of bass—all while looking smashing. The eye is immediately drawn to the top panel, which is finished in 5 coats of hand-polished piano black lacquer. A discreet REL logo floats within the top layer of lacquer, whilst the body of the cabinet is clad in horizontally streaked, line-grained composite. The entire affair looks expensive, bespoke, and tastefully restrained. Also, it can be combined with either Serie T/x or Serie S in large, fully-immersive REL HT/3D™ setups.
